We are looking for a controller colleague for our electronics manufacturing partner in Balatonboglár

Feladatok

Responsible of the preparation and analysis of the Monthly Management Closing (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and KPIs)
Manage Budget and Forecast processes (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow and KPIs)
Perform variance monthly analysis of actual versus plan and prepare periodical reports to support management decisions (e.g. Production efficiency, Stock analysis, Fixed costs, Capex, Projects and initiatives)
Responsible for providing information for the Product Costing in accordance with the Group Guidelines
Perform Business plan to investigate new opportunities inside the business in accordance with other Functions
Act like a business partner for internal stakeholders in order to understand the strategy and suggest supporting actions to improve the plant's cost competitiveness and agility
Grant alignment with corporate policies and practices, coordinating new set-up and changes in existing financial applications and processes to optimize effectiveness. Support HQ team in the continuous improvement of business reporting through standardization and enhancement
Manage industrial reporting for the Plant Management
Work strictly with Local Administration staff and Consolidation Team
Collaborate with External Auditors at fiscal year-end
Participate actively in special projects collaborating with external consultants

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or similar
At least 3 years of experience in Controlling Dept
Solid knowledge of accounting (IFRS will be a plus)
Strong knowledge of Excel (other Office applications, ERP and Business Intelligence tools will be a plus)
Strong analytical mindset, organized with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English both written and spoken
