Lead Supply Planner

Feladatok
- Own the performance KPIs that will measure the Inventory Planning Process efficiency both from a stock availability, Fulfillment/On Time Delivery and inventory turns.
- Responsible for managing the supply/demand planning of sourced parts.
- Optimizing material management planning type as Kanban, Forecast and Min/Max options.
- Challenge demand management team on the forecasting criteria to support optimized balance between inventory and OTD.
- Monitor and maintain the request dates on the vendor PO’s to secure high material availability.
- Achieve inventory levels aligned with the operating plan. Consume existing inventory first and reduce slow moving inventory (SMI)
- Partner / Lead cross-functional efforts with Fulfillment & sourcing team and others to ensure that existing and forecasted demand and any stock requirements are covered with adequate supply and availability is optimized for delivery to customers and to optimize material availability.
- Own maintaining the ERP with the updated and correct inputs
- Provide inputs on material availability to the sales, commercial teams to support deal executions.
- Support Lean initiatives. Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and reduce waste when contributing to the development of a robust planning function.
- Identify gaps in the process and tools and work with process owners to implement solutions.
- Facilitate and initiate smaller projects and drive resolution in a limited timeframe.

Elvárások
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, material management
- Solid experience in supply chain management or operations.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience - preferably Oracle.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English language.
- Proven analytical skills and Microsoft Excel experience. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time, make effective decisions under pressure and keep deadlines.
- High level of motivation with the ability to achieve results with minimal supervision and to effectively operate in any organizational structure.
- Lean mindset through standard work, problem solving, simplification and eliminating waste.
