Tasks

Monitor and analyze CAPEX KPIs to ensure optimal investment decisions (e.g. lease vs. buy), balancing cost, technology, usage, and lifecycle value
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership, including go / no-go / pivot decisions on capital investments
Own and develop CAPEX cash forecasting models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across the organization
Collaborate with ERP and internal systems teams to improve data quality and streamline financial processes
Identify and escalate organizational and system-related barriers that impact capital efficiency
Support the development of a 3–5 year capital investment strategy aligned with business goals and cross-functional inputs (Engineering, Supply Chain, Strategy, etc.)

Expectations

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited university or college
Major experience in engineering, product management, sourcing and/or manufacturing teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
Proven ability to build/maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, work collaboratively horizontally across the company including listening and problem-solving around complex strategies and initiatives
Strong technical and financial acumen associated with the procurement and redeployment of assets globally
Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%, as required
