Demand Scheduler

Tasks
- Execute the fulfillment of the demand signal to satisfy customer requirements while aligning with business targets, operational constraints, and service objectives.
- Manage and maintain Scheduled Ship Dates (SSDs) for sales order lines, ensuring demand prioritization and allocation sequence reflect business urgency, customer requirements, and supply constraints.
- Maintain accurate demand and scheduling data in ERP and planning systems to reflect current priorities.
- Proactively review and resolve SSD-LRD disconnects through daily reporting and control mechanisms to improve schedule stability and reduce unnecessary escalations.
- Process MSQ-submitted sales order lines within defined service level expectations, ensuring timely decisions, accurate SSD updates, and clear documentation of outcomes.
- Partner with business line teams, supply planners, order management, sourcing, and operations to proactively identify and resolve issues impacting execution of the demand plan.
- Drive prioritization and optimization of the scheduled ship sequence for critical parts and customer orders to maximize On-Time Delivery (OTD) and fulfillment performance.
- Assist in stock reallocation and supply balancing activities to support customer requirements and optimize the use of available inventory. Closely monitor dedicated inventory and suggest actions to reduce total amount.
- Provide daily and weekly reports, dashboards, and metrics related to demand, material availability, order prioritization, and scheduling performance.
- Spike order management on single-line outlier SOs – splitting demand per supply capability with feedback from Supply Scheduler, validation of spike SO quantity with cooperation of Productivity team.
- Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming requests based on business urgency, customer impact, and supply constraints.
- Support continuous improvement in demand scheduling, system utilization, and cross-functional execution processes.

Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, materials, planning, or scheduling operations.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar tools.
- Strong in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to make sound, consistent decisions within a defined governance and prioritization framework.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global, and fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
