We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the Country Leader and contribute to the smooth operation of the Hungary and CEE organization.

Tasks

  • Provide administrative support to the Country Leader and other designated senior leaders.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
  • Organize leadership meetings, one-on-one discussions, and team meetings.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and related documentation.
  • Support administrative processes across the CEE organization.
  • Coordinate purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and related administration.
  • Support regional events, workshops, meetings, and business reviews.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure smooth coordination of operational activities.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the organization of customer events, campaigns, exhibitions, and field activities.

Expectations

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Experience in administrative project coordination is an advantage.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
  • Fluent English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, ownership, and discretion.
