Tasks

Support manufacturing finance activities and rhythms, including planning, pacing, monthly operating reviews (MOR), closing, and audits for relevant cost lines across multiple factories.
Performs limited amount of transactional activities such as approving workflows
Provide insights and transparency to actual costs, creates and books accruals based on Manual Journal Entry policy, identify and effectively communicate financial risks, opportunities and impact on operational KPIs.
Understand and effectively communicate financial variance drivers on actuals versus plan, or plan versus previous plan including volume, mix, FX.
Maximize utilization of ERP capabilities for LEAN monthly closing.
Actively identify and effectively share best practices, identifiy and implement simplification/ automation initiatives
Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Leverage indirect Data & Analytics COE and predictive analytic tools to enhance finance activities, pacing accuracy and provide value-add insights to operations

Expectations

+3 years FP&A and/or Supply Chain Finance experience.
Awareness of accounting policies and practices.
System ERP Expertise: Oracle/SAP
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hungarian.
Proven track record in financial processes simplification with focus on customer needs (AI implementation preferred).
Established project management skills
Working knowledge of visualization software: Tableau
