Fulfillment logistics coordinator

Tasks
- Provide timely status updates, escalate risks, and act as the LPM’s single contact across regions for factory logistics matters.
- Coordinate all factory and fulfillment activities required to meet the RTS date, including production handoffs, packing, crating, and staging.
- Support shipment kickoff meetings with factory, fulfillment, PFM, carriers, and third parties; document actions owners.
- Coordinate with LPM and Router collect loading plans and MRN numbers, finalize packing lists and export invoices per vehicle according to final loading, and manage PLI tasks when required.
- Work closely with Factory Shipping Coordinator to ensure the logistics orders are placed in WMS by Factory team, to ensure accurate execution and track & trace.
- Maintain cooperation with PFM for PTS and crating vendors; ensure third‑party scopes, timelines, and costs are aligned.
- Coordinate with PFM, Finance, and LPM after factory RTS to confirm invoicing, cost reconciliation, ITO variances of storage, preservation, etc, and along these cost to be covered by logistics or project budgets.
- Proactively resolve shipment issues, lead cross‑functional problem solving, and communicate status updates to stakeholders until closure.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager to support logistics and factory operations.

Expectations
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management, or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with TMS, and familiarity with ERP and WMS integrations
- Excellent English and Hungarian communication (verbal and written);
- strong stakeholder management; ability to multi‑task and prioritize under tight timelines
- Mindset: Analytical, detail oriented, tolerant of ambiguity, and comfortable working in multicultural environments.
- Compliance: Knowledge of export documentation and basic customs/PLI processes
