Feladatok

Act as Central Master Data Steward for SAP Sales & Distribution master data and execute defined maintenance activities.
Conduct regular data quality checks based on defined KPIs and resolve identified issues.
Act as the Central Point of Contact for customer portals including:
- Evaluation and coordination of new customer portal requests
- Creation and maintenance of user access
- Handling user inquiries and resolving operational issues.
Perform the central upload of electronic invoices into customer portals, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
Monitor EDI invoice connections, identify transmission errors or failures, and ensure issue resolution.
Support the OCR (optical characteristic recognition)-based order entry process through validation of new customer purchase order layouts.
Identify recurring operational issues and pain points and contribute to improvements.
Work in an international team with local and global stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Order-to-Cash, SCM operations, or master data management
Solid hands-on experience with SAP, preferably with SAP Sales & Distribution
Strong focus on data accuracy, detail orientation, and structured way of working
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Experience with or strong interest in digital tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions is a plus with a good knowledge of M365 tools
Willingness to travel (approx. 3-4 times per year)
