On behalf of our multinational partner, we are looking for a Logistics Responsible/Transport Planner colleague.

Feladatok

Preparing effective shipment plans for orders received from the sales unit, considering the dedicated vehicle fleet and factory ramp capacities.
Achieving daily loading targets by utilizing strong communication skills with suppliers.
Conducting accrual reconciliations with suppliers for completed shipments and issuing payment instructions to the accounting department.
Performing analyses related to shipment management and preparing weekly and monthly reports
Working on the improvement and development of business processes.
Monitoring processes such as appraisal, maintenance & repair, insurance, inspection, and related tasks for all vehicles in the proprietary fleet.

Bachelor's degree is a must.
Ideally, minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, transport planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Upper intermediate level of English, both in written and spoken.
