Tasks

Deliver structured training programs
Lead introductory sessions, deep dives, and hands-on build workshops
Coach teams to independently design, build, and deploy N8N workflows
Develop and maintain standard training materials, SOPs, and best practices
Act as the go-to expert for all N8N-related topics
Design, build, and continuously improve AI agentic workflows using N8N
Translate business problems into practical automation solutions
Co-develop use cases with sourcing, operations, and functional teams
Integrate N8N with enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, APIs, internal data sources)
Support intake and structuring of AI use cases across HQ Sourcing
Identify high-value opportunities with clear business impact
Establish a community of practice to scale knowledge and usage
Ensure continuous feedback loops and iterative improvements
Define and implement standard ways of working for N8N
Drive adoption through practical demonstrations and real use cases
Enable teams to shift toward automation and simplified processes

Expectations

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
3–7+ years of experience in automation, AI workflows, or low-code platforms
Proven experience with N8N (preferred) or similar tools (Make, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.)
Strong understanding of:APIs and integrations, Data workflows and orchestration, AI / LLM-enabled automation
Experience in training, coaching, or capability building is essential
Ability to translate business needs into technical workflow solutions
N8N expertise (core requirement)
AI / agentic workflow design
Low-code / no-code automation
API integration and data orchestration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and training capability
