Tasks
- Primary point of contact for issuing and troubleshooting proposals/offers through to completion including updates, changes and revisions to previously issued proposals
- Serve as the gate keeper for NUS requests that may not align to our services scope. Request clarification and/or reject requests that are out of scope
- Accountable for quote completion and where required, partnering with the Parts Sales team to take exception to terms and conditions and gain price deviation approvals
- Strive to reduce quote cycles and provide timely quote feedback to our requestors
- Work with SFDC team to improve the workflow tools used to request quotes
- Understand all customer quote requirements; communicate to and follow up with those responsible for quote fulfilment/completion
- Maintain and enhance our NUS Project Tools

Expectations
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in New Unit Spares proposal creation and preparation
- Working experience in a global, multinational environment
- Integrated Management Systems knowledge with preference to SalesForce/NEX, SAP/PMX and Oracle Alpha
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and Outlook
- Ability to learn new technologies and develop new digital tools to support NUS project management processes
- Capable of effectively communicating both horizontally and vertically within customer and GE organizations
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
- The right candidate will be agile, precise and have good problem-solving skills
