Payroll & Benefits Specialist -1 year fixed term – Budapest | Hybrid
We are currently looking for Payroll & Benefits Specialists ( English / German+English) to join a dynamic international HR operations environment in Budapest. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity supporting multiple European countries during a major payroll transformation project.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex, multi-country payroll operations, modern HR systems, and a collaborative international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end payroll & benefits processes for assigned countries
- Handle queries from employees, managers, and HR in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process integrity
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and external payroll providers
- Assist with payroll transition activities and system/process improvements
- Work with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP environments) and ticketing tools
- Contribute to service delivery excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Elvárások
What We’re Looking For
- min. 2 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or benefits administration
- Understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle activities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP) is an advantage
- English language skills for the UK and the Ireland related roles
- English and German language skills for the German and Swiss roles
