Tasks

Coordinate with Site IT leaders to confirm printer availability. Provide counts of needed printers.
Prepare project plan to enable printing of Internal and Customer RFID based labels.
Work with Repairs value stream team to coordinate development of standardized logging of “Blade Number” as part of Moment Weigh Operation > Quality Result.
Coordinate with Site IT and Repair or Manufacturing cell to deploy the “Blade Number” capture.
Coordinate with Site IT and Cell Leaders to deploy Machine Vision with Auto-Ingest at part ingestion stations.
Work with Regional stakeholders to coordinate customer inputs.
Work as a bridge between Supply Chain and Operations and One Field Services teams to ensure alignment of goals.

Expectations

Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 4 years’ experience in shop or field operations.
Ability to interpret documents such as purchase orders, shop routers, engine and equipment operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Experience in Gas Turbine Repair Operations is preferred
Proven success in applying Lean Manufacturing principles and driving process improvements on the shop floor.
Strong oral and written communication skills
