Return Material Specialist

Responsible for initiating return / replacement order placement, processing and verifying standard and special non-conformity cases, and resolving all RMA related problems of different sales regions: Asia and India, Europe, Middle East and Africa, North and Latin America. Organize transport, tracks logistics activity and ensures item is received back into requested facility.

Tasks

Screen and prioritize incoming requests, received via email or via the system traffic
Request order placement into SAP / Oracle ERP System
Issues transport documents for return material
Send out quote requests to different freight forwarders and makes decision on nominating one
Facilitates return-related conversation between stakeholders (customs, warehouse, exporting team, freight forwarder, receiving facility)
Tracks shipments, supports the logistics supply chain
Support freight forwarder billing
Support new system releases and enhancement testing

Expectations

College or University degree ( BSc)
Significant experience in customer service is an advantage, experience in a multinational company is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office softwares.
Confident communication level of spoken and written English.
Capabilities to effectively communicate both horizontally and vertically with customers and within GE organizations.
Solid communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Team player attitude.
Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision.
Tolerate monotonous work on a daily base.
