Feladatok

Drive the development and expansion of the sales territory.
Proactively identify and acquire new customers, while building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
Contribute to the sustainable growth and development of regional sales activities.
Provide expert technical and commercial advice to support customers throughout their construction projects.
Lead professional contract negotiations related to the rental and sale.
Prepare tailored quotations in close collaboration with the application engineering and back-office teams.
Deliver compelling, sales-focused product presentations at customer sites, trade shows, and construction sites.
Act as a trusted partner to customers, identifying their needs and developing effective, value-adding solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or comparable training in construction technology (e.g., construction technician etc.)
Professional experience in sales of products requiring technical explanation, ideally in the construction industry
Fluent in Hungarian, with excellent spoken and written English or German
Strong sales orientation, initiative, and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers
Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade decision-makers at various levels
