Product Summary

Our partner, an organization operating in the medical technology sector, provides an IDAM solution that serves as a central identity and access management service. It is responsible for authenticating users, applications, and devices, and securely managing access to business applications.

The cloud-based version of the system is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution and follows a multi-tenant architecture. This means that multiple customers (such as hospitals or universities) and multiple applications can operate on the same platform while remaining logically isolated in terms of data and configuration.

The service is hosted on regionally separated infrastructure (for example in Europe, the United States, and China) in order to comply with local and regional data protection regulations.

In this role, you will:

• Work with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements & vision
• Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards
• Work with product line leaders and architects to develop multi generation software technology plans
• Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
• Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers and backend developers to implement solutions that are aligned with and extend shared platforms and solutions
• Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
• Write codes that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
• Build features such as web services and Queries on existing tables
• Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
• Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice
• Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities
• Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
