Sourcing Project Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and structured professional to support the successful implementation and adoption of the SG+ system (SourceGate+). In this role, you will act as the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders and technical support teams, ensuring smooth rollout, effective user onboarding, and continuous system improvement.

You will play a central role in driving user adoption, supporting change management activities, and ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into system usage and support processes.

This is a global role within an indirect procurement environment, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders.

Tasks

  • Lead training sessions for internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective system understanding and adoption
  • Support the implementation of the SG+ system and actively contribute to change management and user adoption initiatives
  • Manage and resolve SG+ user inquiries (internal and external), ensuring timely and effective closure
  • Support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for indirect business units
  • Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in an indirect procurement environment
  • Define, structure, and hand over tasks to L2 support teams, ensuring clear escalation and ownership
  • Identify, document, and escalate system issues through appropriate channels, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution with relevant teams
  • Provide ongoing support to the user community, including training needs assessment and issue resolution
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of user dashboards and reporting solutions

Expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar analytical, operational, or support role
  • Proven experience in system implementation and/or change management in a complex environment
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication and training delivery skills, with the ability to effectively lead user training sessions
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, investigate, and resolve system-related issues
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a structured and effective way
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Experience working with similar enterprise platforms or systems is an advantage
  • Strong data visualization skills, including the ability to design and develop user dashboards
  • Ability to bridge technical and business requirements and translate needs into practical solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and standard business tools
  • Interest in operations, process improvement, and systems/tools
