Tasks

Drive RFQs for active items.
Complete item activation workflows and manage/support item activation activities
Guide Suppliers in the proper use of all company systems.
Support Commodity Leaders with requested tasks on demand.
Fulfill requests from Commodity Leaders, Buyer Teams, PFMs, Engineering, and SQEs.
Update Supplier Connect and add new Suppliers upon request.
Manage RFIs and SDRs to obtain confirmations early and facilitate timely RFQ closure.
Collect and ensure Supplier lead time, market share, and pricing data are updated at the agreed frequency.
Support Factory Sourcing Teams on demand.
Cooperate with other Sourcing Specialists and ensure business requirements and KPIs are met.
Report KPI results to Sourcing Leadership on demand.

Expectations

Business or Technical University/College degree.
1-3 years of demonstrated experience in sourcing or logistics
Experience supporting continuous improvement and quality improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with Oracle, SAP or other integrated ERP systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills in Hungarian.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Team-player attitude.
