Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Tasks
- Identify and understand which items and purchase orders are allocated to a given customer by collaborating with fulfilment teams and reviewing data across internal systems.
- Ensure customer packing lists are received on time from the Hungarian factory to support downstream logistics and documentation processes.
- Review, validate, and reconcile material and shipment data across multiple IT systems to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Investigate and resolve unclear, incomplete, or conflicting information by coordinating with suppliers, fulfilment teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure case marking standards enable a clear and traceable link between each physical shipment (box) and the corresponding shipping documentation.
- Proactively engage with suppliers to obtain packing list details when required, particularly when system uploads are incomplete or when items require clarification.
- Compile, maintain, and update accurate Detailed Packing Lists using validated inputs from internal systems, suppliers, factory data, and operational teams.

Expectations
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Ability to work across multiple systems, tools, and data sources simultaneously.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of resolving data gaps and inconsistencies independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience with ERP systems, material tracking, or packing list management is preferred.
