Supply Scheduler

Tasks
- Manage end-to-end supply and demand planning (forecasting, material allocation, MRP, and ITO inputs) for assigned parts to ensure high material availability.
- Develop and maintain inventory strategies (stocking policies, SKU classification, safety stock/ROP settings, hybrid push/pull planning) for non-capital part numbers.
- Optimize inventory levels and utilization across warehouses to meet operating plan targets, increase turns, reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and manage material phase-in/phase-out.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ERP (Oracle) and material master data (planning parameters, MRP settings, exception handling) across legal entities to enable effective planning and procurement.
- Monitor purchase order need dates, executing stock transfers and order adjustments as needed to secure on-time delivery and prevent stock-outs.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Fulfillment, Engineering, Sourcing, FP&A, Warehouse, and Global Supply Chain to align on demand, supply coverage, and inventory priorities.
- Provide clear availability, inventory, and forecast analyses and reports to support sales opportunities, deal execution, regional escalations, and customer commitments.

Expectations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or similar OR equivalent relevant experience.
- Advanced experience in supply chain management or operations with a focus on planning and inventory management for sourced or service parts.
- Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for planning, purchasing, and/or inventory control.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including strong Microsoft Excel capability, ability to effectively use AI-enabled tools to support data analysis and decision-making, and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions under time pressure, with a high level of self‑motivation and ownership to deliver results with limited supervision.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Hungarian.
