Tasks

Provide expert support for Workday Recruiting, HiredScore, and Paradox platforms.
Troubleshoot system issues for recruiters and hiring managers.
Manage configuration requests and coordinate system enhancements with external AMS partners.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across recruitment platforms.
Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and defect resolution for system changes.
Maintain system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
Partner closely with HR, Digital Technology, and external vendors to continuously improve recruitment technologies.
Support automation and process optimization initiatives that enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Expectations

Strong experience with Workday Recruiting and Workday HCM
Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR business processes
Experience with system configuration, testing, and change management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a global environment
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
A continuous improvement mindset and passion for optimizing processes

Nice to Have

Experience with HiredScore, Paradox, or other Talent Acquisition technologies
Knowledge of Workday Security, Compensation, and Business Processes
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Experience working with AMS providers
Lean or Continuous Improvement experience

More information

Contract Information: This is a project-based expert role supporting a global HR technology initiative. The position is expected to be offered on a fixed-term contract of approximately one year, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and business priorities.
