Team Assistant

Tasks
- Plans, schedules, and arranges business meetings
- Organizes internal and external meetings
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information
- Manage the administrative aspects of contract lifecycle
- Prepares, edits and translates incoming and outgoing communications and other documents
- Organizes site events and catering service – e.g.: Family Day, Year-end Celebration for 1000+ people, EHS Day, Open Day, Supplier Summit and other factory visits
- Supporting entrance process of new employee or visitors
- Organizes business travels and handles expense claims
- Updates and creates distribution lists
- Miscellaneous daily administrative tasks
- Use discretion in interfacing with all levels of individuals, internally and externally

Expectations
- Education: College or University degree is preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years at a multinational company.
- Advance experience of Windows applications.
- Good oral and written English language is a must (one foreign language is preferred).
- Team player behavior, great organization and communication skills, willing to learn new job skills, hard-worker, precise, fast worker, tolerance, flexibility, open minded
- Driving license preferred.
