Tasks

Plan, route, and coordinate freight movements from pickup to final delivery locations.
Receive and manage information related to material, goods, or equipment availability from company sites, suppliers, customers, and other third parties through logistics or planning systems.
Select transportation mode and approved carriers in line with routing guides, service requirements, and contractual obligations.
Perform load optimization, shipment tendering and transportation booking activities.
Ensure execution of shipment plans in compliance with service, cost, and delivery requirements.
Manage domestic and international shipments, including standard, urgent, specialized, heavy-lift
Coordinate full-cycle logistics activities for assigned projects, from planning through final shipment execution.
Support logistics execution across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring prioritization, visibility, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with project managers, engineering, sourcing, procurement, and operations teams to ensure logistics readiness and alignment with project schedules.
Support logistics planning for suspended, delayed, or changing projects, including cargo relocation, storage solutions, and revised execution strategies.
Issue and deliver all required shipping documents to freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, suppliers, and customers through required channels and within required timelines.
Ensure compliance with origin and destination country import/export regulations.
Maintain accurate shipment, transport order, and tracking information in relevant systems to ensure visibility, accountability, and on-time delivery.
Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage exceptions, delays, and escalations.
Support goods receipt, milestone tracking, and revenue-related logistics visibility where required.
Partner with quality and project teams to ensure all required shipment and quality documentation is complete prior to release.
Coordinate inspection readiness, surveyor approvals, packing notifications, and transport readiness for major equipment shipments.
Actively monitor and approve freight charges to ensure alignment with routing instructions, contracted rates, and service requirements.

Expectations

1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or project logistics within engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
Experience in domestic and international logistics operations, including transportation planning, shipment execution, and compliance processes.
Experience coordinating with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Project Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Intermediate English language skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across operational and project logistics activities.
Strong understanding of supply chain and transportation planning drivers, logistics processes, and key performance indicators.
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems and logistics execution tools.
Experience with project logistics coordination, including large equipment, heavy-lift, or OOG shipments, is an advantage.
