User Access Management Expert - Hybrid in Budapest
Take ownership of global access governance and help shape secure business processes across an international organization.
Feladatok
- Manage and continuously improve the User Access Management process across multiple enterprise applications.
- Maintain and optimize user roles, access profiles and approval workflows.
- Configure and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules and support the organization's SOX compliance framework.
- Investigate and resolve access-related issues, approval workflow exceptions and role conflicts.
- Coordinate regular user access reviews and recertification campaigns with managers and business stakeholders.
- Analyze audit reports, identify access risks and drive remediation activities.
- Support onboarding of new applications into the access management framework.
- Standardize access models and approval structures across global teams.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Internal Controls, Audit and business stakeholders worldwide.
- Maintain process documentation, governance standards and reporting.

Elvárások
- University degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or a related field).
- Several years of experience in User Access Management, Identity & Access Management, SAP Security, ERP Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Internal Controls or IT Audit.
- Practical knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and access governance.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits and access review activities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Experience working in multinational or shared service environments.
- Confident English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) or Oracle ERP.
- Experience with SAP Security, SAP GRC, IAM platforms or similar access management solutions.
- Knowledge of finance or accounting processes.
- Exposure to SOX controls and compliance frameworks.
