Preboarding Services Intern

The Preboarding Services Intern provides support across the partner's functions within the preboarding process. This role focuses on reviewing candidate background reports for accuracy, identifying employment and education discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements. The intern will partner closely with the Centralized Adjudication Team and Preboarding Specialists to support timely and compliant preboarding activities.

Feladatok

Verify information provided by candidates, including education, employment history, and criminal records.
Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information for further investigation.
Collaborate with the Centralized Adjudication Team to clarify background check results and determine next steps.
Maintain organized records and track report statuses to ensure timely completion.
Handle all sensitive information with strict confidentiality in alignment with company policies and legal standards.

Gr.2500 Ft / hour
Hybrid opportunity
Office days Tuesday/Wednesday and/or Thursday (for training periods, first 3-4 weeks all of the 3 days)
Working hours between 9.30 and 6 pm

Elvárások

Full-time student status in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
High level of integrity and discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database systems.
