Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Intern

This role will support our EMEA Employer Branding Lead with recruitment marketing activities including digital campaigns, employee advocacy, content creation and other tasks. The role will help enhance our digital presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Feladatok

Support the execution of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
Interact with employees to gather content (employee day-in-the-life info, testimonials, videos, photos) for external sharing.
Assist in creating and managing branding materials and campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Indeed, and Hootsuite.
Create email newsletters for internal and external audiences.
Analyze data and report on the performance of programs and media channels.
