Tasks
- Support FTTH project bidding by providing professional engineering solutions, detailed engineering plans, and reasonable cost estimates.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships with partners.
- Manage and supervise the overall delivery of engineering projects to ensure timely acceptance.
- Review design quality to ensure it meets the standards for the engineering implementation phase.
- Oversee the management of engineering materials and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
- Address engineering issues promptly and resolve customer complaints swiftly.
- Lead the engineering implementation team and supervise partners effectively.
- Report to the project manager and customer on progress, quality, costs, and other relevant metrics.
Expectations
- Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in FTTH projects.
- Strong preference for candidates with management and engineering experience in OSP and fixed-line turnkey projects.
- Knowledgeable in OSP and fixed line technologies (FTTX, GPON, MSAN).
- Familiar with local engineering design, implementation, materials standards, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficient in English and Hungarian.
- Excellent at managing customer relationships.
