Tasks
- Basic hands-on experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Foundational knowledge of automated testing concepts and tools.
- Theoretical understanding of Agile methodology and software development principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
Expectations
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts using tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, and others.
- Work closely with QA and development teams to understand project requirements and devise an automation testing strategy.
- Regularly execute automated test suites as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
- Monitor test outcomes, analyze failures, and report defects to the development team.
- Update automated test scripts to align with application changes.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI process to prevent regression issues.
- Document and track defects identified during testing in bug-tracking tools.
- Set up and manage test data for automated test execution, including maintaining test data repositories or databases as needed.
