Tasks

  • Improving and fine-tuning recipes and producing prototypes, in close cooperation with application technologist
  • Ability to understand and explain differences in recipes and simple procedures
  • Implementing and conducting cleaning protocols and equipment maintenance
  • Assisting the lab manager in registering samples, recording sample usage, and monitoring sample inventory
  • Preparing lab tours and tasting sessions, including the preparation and presentation of prototypes and tasting samples
  • Supporting the lab team during events and trainings
  • Conducting strict food safety and hygiene standards
  • Willingness to stay updated with food trends, techniques, and industry developments to bring new ideas and creativity to the kitchen

Expectations

  • Knowledge and experience in various cooking techniques, flavour profiles and culinary trends
  • Ability to develop unique and innovative recipes
  • Attention to Details
  • Efficient Time Management
  • Languages: English (must), Hungarian (preferred)
  • A formal culinary education or relevant apprenticeship and certification is preferred, though practical experience is highly valued
