We are looking for a senior recruiting expert with a successful track record and self-driven personality who is passionate about attract the best-in-class talents to a growing company with high focus on sustainability.

Tasks

End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing for various roles
Developing an effective search strategy in collaboration with local and global hiring managers, TA experts, and HR managers
Leading the recruitment strategy for Hungary according to market needs
Use professional platforms (like LinkedIn) to proactively source candidates and build candidate pools
Improve processes and candidate experience through recruitment process monitoring
Contribute to the development of the employer branding strategy in Hungary
Primary contact for candidates, representing the company

Expectations

At least 5 years of experience in recruitment (in a corporate, agency or SSC environment)
Has filled roles in various segments – from expert to senior management
Fluent in English AND good knowledge of German
Enjoy autonomy and responsibility and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player who can also work independently
Excellent communication skills
Strategic thinker
