We are currently looking for a colleague to our multinational partner company for a new, modern HR project. If you have call centre experience and are accurate, customer-oriented, and a team player, please apply for the job.

Tasks

  • Deal with all customer enquiries via different channels: phone, chat, web-based forms
  • Provide professional&proactive HR administration support to the Company businesses as part of the OneHR team
  • Building effective relationships with the Company HR community, the Payroll&Benefits team
  • Ensuring timely and accurate response and administration of HR processes consistently follow
  • Defined HR processes maintain workday, ensure highest standards of completeness
  • Accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation HR and regional Global Operations HR

Expectations

  • High School degree
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience in Call Center
  • Familiar with ERP system
  • Supportive and enthusiastic
  • Team player
