Tasks
- Lead supplier collaboration support team and manage issue resolution.
- Own, drive and maintain relevant KPI’s.
- Proactively suggest and initiate improvements to lower the number of supplier collaboration portal and ERP-related issues identified.
- Support new, supplier collaboration portal and ERP integration initiatives.
- Drive new supplier onboarding activities for supplier collaboration portal.
- Drive issue resolution process with IT support teams, support development activities and work closely together with supplier collaboration development leaders.
Expectations
- Business or Technical University or College degree
- Demonstrated experience in Sourcing
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, pro-activity and creativity
- Excellent communication level of spoken and written English
- Team player attitude
- Ability to cope with multiple complex situations on a daily level
- Project Management skills preferable
- Process-driven mindset
