You will be responsible for interfacing with customers and internal parties via email, phone, chat, and case management tools.

Feladatok

  • Handle customer or internal parties inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Taking part in order entry, price checking, order clearing compliant with their policies
  • Coordination of delivery and billing processes.
  • Provide assistance to sales functions across EMEA and external customers in areas.
  • Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics.
  • Fosters an environment that promotes our partner’s goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement and builds customer relationships.

Elvárások

  • High school degree.
  • BA degree is an advantage.
  • Active and fluency in Spanish.
  • Active and strong intermediate level in English.
  • Confident, user-level knowledge of MS Office.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Experiences in customer-related jobs is an advantage.
  • Firstly 1 year fixed term contract.
