We are looking for a HR Shared Services Specialist for our global partner in the enregy industry.
Tasks
- Supporting one or more HR Operations processes
- Managing service delivery metrics and supplier performance in relation to the assigned processes
- Drive increased productivity and compliance through process improvements
- Customer support and advisory on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses, and HR partners
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance
- Develop effective relationships with (internal) stakeholders
- Continuously build and share area of expertise
Expectations
- College degree
- Fluent English language skills
- Any EU language in a conversational level (DE/IT/NE/RO/SLO/PO/CZ/DAN)
- MS Office experience
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy
