We are looking for Shift leaders for our manufacturing partner in Debrecen.

Tasks

Leading a team consisting of more than 20 employees in a production area
Organizing shift schedules for team members
Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members
Ensuring health and safety standards are followed
Coordinating special activities, e.g.: shutdown, weekend activities
Participating in the planning of technical modification, optimization of new production facilities
Participating in an approx. 3 months long qualification programme abroad

Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role in the field of manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical education
Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast
Hungarian and English working proficiency is required
