Our international telecommunications partner is looking for a Senior Sales Manager!
Tasks
- Defining sales and business development strategies for existing and potential customers in line with corporate direction, achieve annual performance targets and drive growth.
- Acquiring new business opportunities and organizing all types of market and technical contacts or seminars with customers
- Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving customer relationships
Expectations
- Bachelor's degree
- Independent language user (English, Slovakian)
- Microsoft Office skills
- At least 10 years of Sales manager experience (ideally on the field of telecommunications)
- Commercial work experience in the telecommunications sector
- Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking, proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent reasoning skills
- Financial and economic literacy
- Good at motivating people
- Flexibility in thinking (adaptability, flexibility, improvisation skills)
