We are looking for a colleague for our long-established manufacturing partner company in Pest county in the position:

Customer Support Specialist!

Tasks

  • Screen and prioritize incoming requests, received via email or via the system traffic
  • Enter Quotes/Orders into SAP-based ERP System.
  • Purchase Order Verify (POV) existing orders.
  • Send out initial customer quote and order acknowledgements.
  • Support global team entry activities and metrics.
  • Support both external and internal customers
  • Support new system releases and enhancement testing (i.e. SAP PMx ERP).
  • Manage and administer all fulfilment related exporting activities including documents creation, shipment tracking, and sales recognition and all necessary document archiving function.

Expectations

  • College or university degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to perform in a team environment
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage, experience in a multinational company is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong customer service mind-set
