Tasks
- Support Digital Transformation: Be a key contributor from process delivery identification to implementation.
- Consolidate and Transfer Knowledge: Support in consolidating processes to be managed by GPS and ensure smooth knowledge transfer from previous process owners.
- Legal and Process Improvement Support: Assist in identifying legal dependencies, process improvements, effort estimation, challenges, and mitigation rules during the transition.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Adhere to required compliance and regulations, and provide audit support as needed.
- Effective Team Collaboration: Build effective working relationships with support groups for collaborative service delivery.
- Recommend Process Improvements: Identify and recommend improvements to systems and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communication Channel Compliance: Ensure all requests are routed via the defined communication channel.
- Knowledge Base Development: Support the creation of a comprehensive knowledge base to enable self-service for employees.revenue
Expectations
- Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, HR or any closely related field).
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee life cycle management which could include expertise in HR processes such as Recruitment support, Hire, Benefits administration, Payroll/Payment processing, statutory compliance, employee relations, query management, exit management, etc.
- Experience in direct employee query management via the designed communication channel.
- Service Now and Workday knowledge would be preferred.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in MS Office.
- Proficient knowledge on statutory and legal regulations is required.
- Excellent organisational skills, process oriented and a strong attention to detail.
- Positive, energetic personality with positive mindset.
