We are currently looking for a colleague to our multinational partner company for a new, modern HR project. If you have call centre experience and are accurate, customer-oriented, and a team player, please apply for the job.

Feladatok

Deal with all customer enquiries via different channels: phone, chat, web-based forms
Provide professional&proactive HR administration support to the Company businesses as part of the OneHR team
Building effective relationships with the Company HR community, the Payroll&Benefits team
Ensuring timely and accurate response and administration of HR processes consistently follow
Defined HR processes maintain workday, ensure highest standards of completeness
Accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation HR and regional Global Operations HR

Elvárások

High School degree
Fluent English language skills
Experience in Call Center
Familiar with ERP system
Supportive and enthusiastic
Team player
