Join our Partner company's multinational IT team as an IT Support Specialist!

Feladatok

  • first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email or in person
  • log, prioritize and assign support requests in the help desk ticketing system
  • assist with hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance
  • conduct training sessions for employees on basic software applications, establish best practices
  • create and update technical documentation and user guides
  • collaborate with other IT team members and external service providers to resolve complex technical issues

Elvárások

  • IT-related education
  • relevant experience in first-level support
  • familiar with Windows 11, O365 and collaboration IT tools (Teams or similar)
  • ability to learn new IT programs quickly
  • perfect English
  • willingness to travel
