In this role, you will work with leaders within the organization to ensure we can continue to supply customers based on future demand for the products. You would be responsible to handle and develop relationships with Sales teams, Demand Manager and multiple stakeholders and functions within.

Tasks

  • Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns.
  • Identifying forecast changes.
  • Collecting data, Organizing data in usable formats, Analyzing data to find answers to specific questions.
  • Gather data to create an accurate monthly demand forecast within strict timelines.
  • Refining systems and methods to improve forecasts to better anticipate customer needs.
  • Ensure demand is correctly captured for assigned frames, installed based, new products.
  • Understand the dynamics associated with each deal so that commercial demand is captured and planned for.
  • Collect commercial intelligence to drive a wise allocation process in conjunction with the Demand Manager.
  • Allocations of components based on profitability for the business and customer impact.
  • Using and maintaining the demand planning software: Demantra.
  • Load commercial demand into the proper planning systems (Demantra) to create visual tools like reports, charts that will highlight the availability of products.
  • Schedule regular meetings to review the demand with the Demand Manager.
  • Work with Sales and Commercial teams to identify sales opportunities and forecast.
  • Coordinate with the Demand Manager in analyzing and troubleshooting issues related to material, supplies and deliveries.
  • Effectively navigate across the business and interface across multiple functions, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Product line.
  • Participate in Improvement Workouts, KAIZEN events.
  • Understanding of Customer Contracts to identify delivery commitments and liquidated damages.
  • Purchasing understanding to ensure a smooth demand planning process.
  • Strong cooperation with Materials Planners.

Expectations

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Engineering or similar subject,
  • 3-4 years experience in Sales Support, Supply Chain/Forecasting or Operations,
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with statistics, large data volumes, and quantitative analysis,
  • Proficiency in English (both written and oral),
  • MS Office / Excel / PPT,
  • Flexibility (working hours and personality to drive changes),
  • Working under pressure and alone with minimal supervision,
  • Ability to maintain and develop processes,
  • Good problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work with global and cross functional departments across different time zones.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
