Feladatok

Cost estimation and calculation during RFQ phase
Propose optimized process for new products
Elaborate Mold Flow analysis to secure new tooling concepts
Assist tooling expert in machine mold specifications setting
Leads process design review check list with project team
Certify process conditions at tool maker to garantee ad hoc in-house process
Attends to product and process design reviews and apply lesson learned and standards
Study process optimization for new products to achieve target costs
Promotes Machine and Process standardization in MAS network
Prepare information for new investments (Capital Investment material)
Anticipate necessary equipment, tooling for new tooling integartion
Ensure the process design to reach target production cost
Ensure all process activities to reach process/product validation according project schedule until PPAP approval
Lead insourcing process activities when decided
Propose new technology introduction (Automation, Material productivity, nnew processes)
Participate with Plastic Molding Process leader to new process specifications creation
Perform technology survey for plastic molding process (internal /External)

Completed Master's (technical) degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification.
Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in comparable work / practical experience
Fluent English
